According to USA Today, Windows has announced that the next upgrade to the operating system will be released on July 29th.
Consumers are encouraged to reserve their copy to ensure installation can be installed before others who don’t reserve a copy. The software is free during the first year if upgrading a new or existing Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 device.
“I think Windows 10 represents us listening and understanding what real people need better than we have before ,” says Joe Belfiore, Microsoft’s corporate vice president for the operating systems group.
